Accessing Dawsonera eBooks from 31 October 2017

Dawsonera eBooks

From the 31 October 2017 Dawsonera have changed the way users access their eBooks, this now requires an additional application due to the digital rights management of the resource.  This means you can no longer download the eBook as a normal PDF and view it in a PDF readerYou will need to access the eBook via an additional piece of software.

This change is only in relation to downloading eBooks, the 'Read Online' option is unchanged.

Adobe Digital Editions is available on all Ipswich campus computers, you can download it below for use on your own  personal computer or device:

You can also use the following application to open Dawsonera downloads on your own computer or mobile device:


You will need an Adobe Digital Editions account to open the Dawsonera downloads.  Please view the video guide below to see how to create an Adobe account:
