Easter Egg Hunt - 26 -29 March

Love a puzzle? 

Learning Services will be running a week long competition in the run up to Easter. Each puzzle you crack is worth a £10 amazon voucher and a sweet treat.

 

Everyday a new puzzle will be announced either in the library or online;

  • Two puzzles wil be held in the library that will be available via leaflets in and around the library building. Answers can be found in the library. 

        Note: you will need a QR code reader on your phone or device to enter.

  • Two online puzzles will be announced via our twitter page UOS_LrnServices.  Answers can be found online on our website. 

 

Solve the puzzles by finding the answers and completing the relevant form each day. The first person to answer wins! 

Winners will be contacted on 3 April to be informed and prizes made available at the Library Helpdesk. 

 

Terms and Conditions

These are the terms and conditions for University of Suffolk's Department of Learning Services' prize draw which apply between the Promoter, The University of Suffolk whose registered office is Waterfront Building, Neptune Quay, Ipswich, Suffolk, IP4 1QJ (‘us’, ‘we’, ‘our’) and the entrant (‘you, ‘your’).
Who can enter
The first person to solve the puzzle and submit the relevant form will be selected to win the prize. We will use any personal information you provide in accordance with these terms and conditions and with our privacy policy. The University of Suffolk prize draw is not open to Department of Learning Services employees, their families or anyone else connected in any way with the prize draw.
How to enter
Please read the rules for the entry requirements and details of the formats required for entry. Strictly only one entry per person is allowed. Duplicate entries are invalid and will not be entered. There will be one competition per day. No entries will be accepted after the closing date. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received, for whatever reason.
Winners and prizes
The winner will be selected by the time supplied on the submitted forms. We reserve the right to withdraw, reduce or change the prize without notice. The University of Suffolk is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this draw. You may not give, or ask us to give your prize to someone else. The winner will be notified by email within 14 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted, or does not provide a postal address for the prize to be sent to within seven days of being told they have won, we can withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
Other terms
To the fullest extent permitted by law we will not be liable for loss or damage arising out of each winner’s acceptance or enjoyment of their prize. We reserve the right to cancel the prize draw, or amend these terms and conditions without notice. Any cancellation or changes will be advised on libguides.uos.ac.uk. Our decision in all aspects of the prize draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. The prize draw and these terms and conditions are subject to the operation of English Law and the courts of England. The winner(s), runner(s)-up, or any other entrant’s personal data will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection law. The names and countries of residence of the winner(s) and runner(s)-up will be available 24 days after the closing date, by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the University of Suffolk at the above address.
