Emergency Maintenance - Affecting File Storage, Learn and Office 365: 5pm to 6pm 13/05/2017

An issue was identified during our routine monthly security patching and preventative maintenance that requires a service outage this evening.

This will affect the following services:

• The ability to login to Office 365 and Learn (users already logged in will be unaffected)
• The ability to access files stored on the N: Drive (Staff/Student shared folders) and icons on the Staff and Student desktop

The maintenance will take place between 5pm and 6pm this evening and the outage duration should be no more than 30 minutes.

To avoid losing your work, we advise closing and saving any applications accessing files stored on the N: Drive prior to 5pm this evening.
