'Learn' Upgrade Progress - Stage 1 Infrastructure Complete

The first stage of the upgrade process has completed successfully. The database environment has been upgraded and quality assurance checks have now confirmed successful completion. The software upgrade can now be started upgrading the current 9.1 042014 version to the latest Q22016 CU1 release. We will update once stage 2 completes.
