Service Disruption – 18 & 19 November, Ipswich Library Building

On Saturday 18 and Sunday 19 November, essential maintenance and improvement to the IT infrastructure will take place in the library building meaning a loss of service in the following rooms;

  • L1.07 – Training room
  • L1.08 – Postgrad room
  • L1.09 – PC suite
  • L1.10 – Tutorial room

All services will be unavailable in these rooms during this time including, Desktop PC’s, WIFI (eduroam and SuffolkUni) and printing.

These services should be available in other parts of the library such the Group study area, Mezzanine, L1.05 (journal room) and L1.06 (silent study room). Please be advised that due to the works taking place services may be running more slowly than normal.

Services in other areas of the campus, such as the Waterfront and Atrium Buildings will be unaffected.

We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience while this work is taking place.
