The project faced significant delays in achieving working data feeds which supplies Brightspace with daily updates from both SITS the student records system and MESH the IT account provisioning system. It was late October before the feeds were in a consistent state, as of the release of this report, there is still work to be done to improve the feed process, these improvements are included below in the Outstanding Issues and Action Plan.
A process that needed to be developed outside of Brightspace, was the ability to merge module/course areas. This process has previously been managed inside of the now redundant, Blackboard Learn platform.
