There are a number of authentication mechanisms in place at the University depending on the service you are trying to access.
If a you are trying to access a service that uses SAML/Shibboleth authentication, after clicking a link for an eBook for example, you will see the following screen first:
You must use your University username and password on this screen.
Once you click 'Log in' you will be taken to the service you requested, whether this is an eBook, eJournal or other resource.
Dawsonera eBooks
If you have requested access to a Dawsonera eBook for the first time, you will be taken to a page where you must accept the Terms & Conditions, this page is shown below:
Once you accept these terms and conditions you will not be presented with the screen and again. From this point on after logging in you will taken straight to the article.
