Library and Research Services staff will be running at reduced numbers, capacity will be lower, but most services are operational. Our opening hours are:
Social Distancing: Practice social distancing where possible - in order to help slow the spread of the COVID-19 (coronavirus) and lessen the impact on people and protect those who are most vulnerable, the UK government have asked that everyone practices social distancing where possible.
Social distancing in our Library will include keeping at least 2 metres between you and those around you at all times. This should include your work in group, quiet and silent study, and in interactions with staff at the Helpdesk. To help with this we have removed chairs from the group study areas, and increased signage about social distancing.
These measures are not expected to completely end the outbreak, but through limiting the amount of contact people have with each other, we hope to slow down the spread of the infection and try to delay widespread transmission.
All library loans have been extended until 29th January 2021. We will be increasing access to eBooks to allow users to continue studying remotely. | |
