I began working for the University of Suffolk Library in 2010 as a Library services assistant.
Since then my job has covered different aspects of library services like purchasing books and journals for our library collection, editing reading lists dealing with interlibrary loans, SCONUL and External membership. My duties also include Help Desk queries, assisting students in accessing the Library resources, and carrying out variety of library administrative tasks.
I graduated from the University of Library Studies and Information Technologies in Sofia, Bulgaria. I have worked in Public and university Libraries in Bulgaria, South Africa and UK.
Following a redundancy from a Science library at the Institute of Membrane Technologies in Bulgaria, I changed career working as a tour operator for a few years during when I had the opportunity to do a lot of traveling. I have done volunteering work in my local Primary school in Saxmundham teaching children information literacy.
