Layout of your list

The list should be structured around the sections for

In this order

  1. Essential Reading
  2. Recommended Reading
  3. Further reading

Which are displayed as above. It helps if:

  • Entries are in the correct Reference format for your course
  • Entries are annotated if required to highlight any specific instructions, for example if there are resources that you expect students to purchase for themselves, or if you want a section read.
  • If items are not available in the library indicate where they can get them from.
  • At the end of the list you can add journal titles.
