Protecting your data

All of your data will be used in full compliance of the General Data Protection Regulations, and is therefore subject to strict security procedures. Only staff who have a professional requirement to support you in your studies will be able to access your data. This will include, but not be limited to your course team, and your personal tutor.

The data we collect in this project will include:

1. background information about you, your name identifiers used by the University, date of birth, gender, any declared disabilities, contact details;
2. details about the course, the modules you are taking and your tutors;
3. new data from the Brightspace Online Learning Environment;
4. some library resource data, including you loans; 
5. attendance data
6. assessment grades
