All Library and Learning Services enquiries are triaged via the Helpdesk, which operates 8:30am to 8:30pm on weekdays and 9:00am to 5:00pm on weekends.

If you encounter any IT problems, please report them directly to IT Services through their portal, Minerva. They are also contactable via phone on 01473 338222.

IT Services run regular drop-in sessions in the Student Life Centre, as advertised here.

For guidance on printing, Wi-Fi, connecting to Eduroam, and other basic IT queries, please consult the Digital & IT Services Knowledge Base.
