Below outlines the service level agreement and process for course teams to submit bulk printing requests (usually for placement or course-related documents) via Library and Learning Services.
- All requests must be formally submitted using the provided Microsoft Teams form; a clear delivery location and completion date must be provided.
- Course teams must provide a minimum of two weeks' notice for all reprographics requests. Library and Learning Services will be unable to fulfil requests within the specified deadline if less than two weeks' notice is provided.
- Requests are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. During peak periods, such as August/September and January, early submission is strongly recommended, especially for substantial requests requiring a significant time commitment from Library and Learning Services.
- We oversee the printing, binding, and collection of reprographics requests. We are not responsible for requests after they have been collected.
