Although your poster assignment will likely be presented in its print version for assessment, you will reach a wider audience by sharing your poster online. The electronic version of your poster may also serve as part of your portfolio for future employability or professional reviews.
There are a number of places to publish your poster online, including personal blogs, Flickr, or social media sites.
You can also export your poster as a JPEG or PNG file and upload it to Slideshare, or, depending on the nature of your poster, ePosters.net (an online journal of scientific posters).
