Library Services Assistants (LSAs) are the public face of the University of Suffolk Library; they provide excellent front-line customer service to all users in support of learning, teaching, research and engagement. The role supports the management of our collections including acquisitions, cataloguing, circulation, subscriptions, digitisation and reading list management.
Due to the number of different tasks the LSAs are required to complete, the LSAs have been split into three teams. In addition to the shared tasks, each team has a unique set of tasks which they are solely responsible for.
