Absence Reporting
If you need to report illness, please contact the appropriate person via text between 07:30am and 8am – it’s important to report absence in a timely manner, so we have sufficient time to sort cover.
Mon – Fri: Oona Ylinen 077749 40078
Sat – Sun: Duty Manager (check FOH rota)
The decision to close the Library – for example due to insufficient staffing – should be made only by Graham Martindale.
In the event of any emergency situation after 5pm on a weekday, you should contact Graham Martindale 07742 050715.
