Reprographics

This page relates to processing internal reprographics requests for staff. For information on printing and binding for students, please see IT and Printing.

Internal Requests

We request that all members of staff submit an Internal Reprographics Request form. We no longer accept reprographics requests via LibAnswers.  

You can also direct staff members to our Reprographics Request page via the library website here. This page also contains our terms of service, including that we require a minimum of two weeks’ notice for all requests.  

All responses are automatically populated into the Reprographics Spreadsheet.

FM Helpdesk 

Once printed and bound, reprographics requests will usually need to be delivered by the FM Helpdesk.

  • Requests can be made by creating a ticket in LibAnswers, addressed to the FM Helpdesk. 
  • You will then need to reply to this ticket with the 'Reprographics Collection - FM Helpdesk' macro. Ensure that you cc the requester into the email. 
  • Record the date that collection was requested on the spreadsheet. 
  • Complete and print the cover sheet document below and attach to the box with the material to be delivered.
