Sometimes it is not possible to fulfil a reservation, due to the item being missing. This is monitored weekly through the Unfulfilled Holds Report.
Every Sunday, check for the 'Run Unfulfilled Holds Report' ticket in LibAnswers. It will prompt you to follow the below steps:
Export the report as an Excel File, and upload to this Sharepoint folder.
Please note, you will need to rename the file 'Unfulfilled Holds DD MM YY'.
The Librarians will be notified when the Unfulfilled Hold Report is complete and can action accordingly.
Once you have completed these steps, tag the ticket as 'Unfulfilled Holds Report' before closing.
