How we can help
You can have one-to-one appointments with the Academic Skills Advisors (ASA) who provide specialist tuition and Academic Liaison Librarians (ALL) who also work within Learning Services. Each course has a dedicated ASA and ALL. Your ASA and ALL can help with a variety of support and study skills and, including:
Using the Library
Accessibility
Searching for Information
Using eBooks and online resources
Academic Skills
Time Management
Exam Revision
IT skills
Numeracy
Assistive Technology (including tablets, video magnifiers and audio recorders for loan; if you are interested in borrowing any of these items please contact your ASA)
Digitized reading materials (If this applies to you please contact your ASA directly to discuss this further)

How to book an appointment
You can book an appointment via the online booking system. At the bottom of the page you will find the ASA and ALL listed for your course, we advise that you try to book an appointment with the ASA or ALL associated with your course.It is important that you read the information on the appointments page carefully, and that you are familiar with the guidance, before you book your appointment.
