Word Accessibility Checker
The Word Accessibility checker will search your document for common issues that make it harder for people to read. For a list of what it will check, see the guidance from Microsoft.
- On the ribbon, select the Review tab.
- Select the 'Check Accessibility' button.

- The accessibility checker will load in a pane on the right. You're aiming for the following message.
