I Can't Access the Platform. What Should I Do?

If you're having trouble accessing the the digital attendance platform to log attendance, please follow these steps:

Login Correctly:

  • Username: Use your full university email (s-number@uos.ac.uk) to log in.

  • Login Screen: When prompted, enter only your s-number (without @uos.ac.uk) and password.

Try Using the QR Code:

Clear Cookies on Your Mobile Browser:

  • Apple Safari (iPhone/iPad):
    • Go to Settings > Safari.
    • Scroll down and select Clear History and Website Data.
  • Android Chrome:
    • Open Chrome, tap the three dots in the top right corner, and select Settings.
    • Tap Privacy and Security > Clear browsing data.
    • Check Cookies and site data and tap Clear Data.

Still Can’t Access?

  • If you still can’t log in, inform your lecturer so they can manually update the attendance register.

  • International students are required students to attend and register their attendance as part of their visa compliance requirements.
