Catchbox

The Catchbox is a throwable microphone. It’s nicely padded, so you can promote engagement in your sessions without risking injuring someone!

Why might I use this?

It’s a way of promoting quick, engaging contributions to a session. In a large session, it works quite well as it can be quickly passed to people who wish to contribute.

If you weren’t initially planning to use a microphone, it also makes it easier for those who have a hearing impairment.

It can also record the contributions on the device that it’s connected to.

That sounds great. How do I get hold of one?

You can request a Catchbox by selecting the relevant option in the filming request form: https://uos.libwizard.com/f/catchbox
