The swivl is a small, robotic device that holds a phone or tablet. When your phone or tablet is set to capture video, the Swivl then rotates according to your movement in order to track you as you move around the room.
Contact learningservices@uos.ac.uk if you would like to make use of Swivl in your teaching.
Why might I use this?
It’s a good way of capturing a more interactive session in which you roam around the room. It also means that you don’t have to remain static when presenting something.
That sounds great. How do I get hold of it?
You can request the Swivl by selecting the relevant option in the filming request form: https://uos.libwizard.com/f/filmbooking
